Silverpark Self Storage officially opened its gates, 1 May 2008, to present. It started out with Phase 1, 3 face brick double story buildings, with various storeroom sizes. Ground floor spaces at, 1500X3000, 3000X3000, 3000X6000, 6000X9000, upstairs spaces at, 3000X3500, 3000X5000 and undercover Parking spaces (90% waterproof net). Phase 2 was completed in 2010, thus bringing our facility to 6 (±650 units) well established face brick buildings (A, B, C, D, E, F) 1 building even catering to a higher clearance (should tenants require parking Caravans in it). More undercover parking bays (±70bays in total) were added, as well as 3X Truck parking bays. |

Our Storage UnitsEvery unit has a roll-up garage door with 2 Hasps, where only 1X lock is required and all keys remain the property of the tenant, no employee of Silverpark Self Storage or its owners has any access to a unit. Each unit is broom swept before tenant occupation and regularly fumigated for pests. |

Book Now
As soon as all these documents has been received by a friendly office assistant, a booking and reference number will then be provided in order for the payment to be made. Preferably payments can be made via EFT (proof of payment must be sent to office and approved by the Site manager) or cash at the office. |

Security & unit accessTo ensure that every tenant who store at our facility gets the best & secure service, we provide the following security features.
Gate hour access to units are; Mon to Thu, 6am to 8pm, Fri to Sun & Public holidays, 6am to 6pm |
